Your Health Is More Important Than Any Achievement

We often postpone taking care of ourselves while pursuing the next career goal, financial milestone or business opportunity.
We tell ourselves we will exercise after completing an important project, sleep better once work settles down, or spend more time with family after reaching the next target.
But there will always be another target.
Ambition is valuable, and building financial security matters. But no achievement can compensate for consistently neglecting our physical and mental well-being.
Success should not come at the cost of sleep, movement, peace of mind or meaningful time with the people we love.
Work towards your goals. Build wealth. Aim higher. But make space to take care of yourself along the way.
Your health is not something to enjoy after becoming successful. It is part of being successful.
